Programme Concept

Manna Success Academy offers two levels of training opportunities:

  1. In – Plant Training
This option is an in-plant training that holds at the premises of the client for 3-4 Saturdays. Light refreshment is provided during break time while participants are encouraged to interact and exchange notes in a bid to expand acquired knowledge. The training will be for five hours with a one our break each weekend.

  1. Out – of – Plant Training.
This Option is designed for corporate bodies or companies , establishments, schools, schools and institutions, government agencies that desire to have their staff and management camped for one week in an exquisite environment where they are not only inspired but having the opportunity to network. This is aimed at easing the tension between management and staff in a bid to create a family bonding while they get inspired with new ideas. The beauty of this is that it would infuse into the staff the vision of the company and make their minds tuned to its frequency.

A CD loaded with leadership and management pdf notes and books would be made available to participants at the end of the training. A Certificate of participation will be issued to participants.
